This Privacy Policy applies to all iOS applications published by Apptypical LLC on the Apple App Store, as well as this website (apptypical.com). By using our apps or this site, you agree to the practices described below.
Our apps are designed to minimize data collection. We do not collect:
Some of our apps use TelemetryDeck for privacy-first, aggregated analytics. TelemetryDeck is designed to be GDPR-compliant and does not collect personal data. All signals are hashed and anonymized before leaving your device. No IP addresses or device identifiers are stored.
Analytics data may include: app version, iOS version, device type (e.g., "iPhone"), and anonymized usage events (e.g., "feature X tapped"). This data is used solely to improve the app experience.

Apps that offer in-app purchases or subscriptions use RevenueCat to manage subscription state. RevenueCat may receive a pseudonymous user identifier and purchase transaction data from Apple (e.g., subscription status, expiry date) in order to validate and restore purchases. RevenueCat does not receive your name, email, or payment details — those remain with Apple.

We do not run advertisements in our apps. We do not use advertising SDKs and we do not share data with advertising networks.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your information to any third party. We share data only with the service providers listed above (TelemetryDeck, RevenueCat), and solely to the extent necessary to operate our apps.
Because we collect no personal data, there is no personal data for us to retain or delete. Aggregated, anonymous analytics data is retained by TelemetryDeck per their own retention policy. Subscription transaction records held by RevenueCat and Apple are governed by their respective policies.
Since we do not collect personal information, there is no personal data profile for us to provide, correct, or delete. If you believe we hold data about you, or if you have a question or concern, please contact us at apps@apptypical.com and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, you have rights under GDPR / UK GDPR, including the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
If you are a California resident, you have rights under CCPA/CPRA. We do not sell personal information and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Our apps are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at apps@apptypical.com and we will delete it promptly.
We use industry-standard practices to protect the limited technical data that passes through our infrastructure. All connections to our services use HTTPS/TLS encryption.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated via an in-app notice or App Store release notes. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
